1. About Our Services

Cascade – The Fitness Culture offers holistic wellness services including nutrition guidance, mind wellness & counselling, weight management, yoga & meditation, hormonal wellness and lifestyle coaching, guided by Dr. Jharna and our wellness team.

Our services are wellness and lifestyle coaching programs and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician for any medical condition, before starting a new diet, exercise or wellness program, or if your health concerns require medical attention.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp or by phone.
  • Please arrive on time for scheduled consultations; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment wherever possible, so the slot can be offered to another client.

3. Fees & Payments

Consultation and program fees are shared with you at the time of booking or during your first visit. Fees paid for a completed consultation or session are generally non-refundable; any exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Please provide accurate and complete information about your health, lifestyle and goals so we can guide you safely and effectively.
  • Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies or medications before starting a program.
  • Follow the guidance provided by our team and consult your physician if you experience any adverse reaction during a program.

5. Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, success stories and before/after images shared on our website reflect real client experiences shared with consent, but individual results depend on many personal factors and are not guaranteed for every client.
